Job Description
If you fulfill our aptitude and qualifications requirements, we take you as a Software-Engineer (Trainee) for 12 months and mentor you for first six months with our specialized e-learning based curriculum covering OOPs based SDLC, UML, ISO/CMM Processes, J2EE or .NET with Testing, SoA and Project along with English and Soft Skills in a fun filled environment specially designed for a great learning experience by Industry experts. We expect you to become a well rounded confident Web Developer in 6 months. The next six months you are put on live projects with full documentation preparation experience meeting ISO/CMM standards. After that you become eligible for Software Engineer positions with us on a regular scale.
Desired Profile
If you are a 2006 or an earlier batch B.Tech / MCA /MSc (IT) with > 55% marks and with good aptitude and a desire to learn and work on latest technologies, then we have an assured model for you.
