Job Description:
~ Lead team in analyzing enterprise and business line performance and profitability
~ Work with business lines and corporate teams to coordinate business highlights and analysis to support internal/external segment reporting
~ Support the development, implementation, and rollout of organizational profitability and management reporting for the company’s broad spectrum of business lines
~ Lead special projects / ad hoc analysis, as needed relating to performance measurement, capital expenditure analysis, target setting, valuation, new business assessment, and potentially M&A.
~ Assist in developing and delivering high-level presentations and education to senior management containing key economic analyses and financial performance issues
~ Provide education regarding and the implementation of risk-adjusted business management tools (e.g., RAROC, EVA)
~ Serve as an internal consultant to a variety of constituencies regarding risk-based performance and profitability analysis
~ Represent Performance Measurement and Management Reporting on several cross-functional teams including Corporate Accounting, Financial Planning, Performance Measurement, and each of the company’s business line segments
~ Coordinate with business partners and performance measurement teams to create and refine methodology for performance measurement activities, including: Funds Transfer Pricing, Economic Capital, Activity-Based Costing, Value Transfers, and Expected Loss Reserves

Candidate Profile:
~ CA / MBA with 10 to 15 years of experience, preferably in a Bank and / or Financial Services industry
~ Strong analytical skills to lead enterprise level analytics and other adhoc projects
~ Working knowledge of profitability concepts and methodologies
~ Should be well acquainted with Banking and Financial Products / Services, and with costing/capital allocation practices.
~ Must have ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff and possess strong meeting facilitation and presentation skills
